I have just received the 5 CDs of the Tilden Park Organs that
A.B. Bonds had recorded back in the middle 1970's and early 80's.
Here's my email to Mr. Bonds regarding the recordings he had made.

Subject: Tilden Park Recordings
Hi, Mr. Bonds, I received your 5 CD's in the mail today and all
I can say is Bravo and double Bravo! You really did an excellent job
of recording from the Tilden Park organs, especially the large Ruth.
Your recordings are really very superior and professional sounding.
Only CD Vol. 4. had some distortion when the forte pipes were playing,
but on listening to the next CDs you have eliminated the distortion.
Perhaps the distortion I heard on vol. 4 was a result of the volume
level being too high on the recorder.
I, too, recorded about six rolls from the same Tilden Park Ruth in the
year 1977. My recordings were also made on cassette tapes that were
TDK (Super Avilyn). But my recordings do not sound as good as yours.
My recorder was an inexpensive stereo, with two built-in condenser
microphones. I guess with your separating the mikes the way you did,
you achieved a much better recording.
I have been able to identify all the missing titles, and I will be
sending you (via email) the titles that you were not able to identify.
I really wish to thank you again for a job extremely well done, and of
course for sharing all that beautiful music with fellow enthusiasts.
George
P.S. Was Harry Perry the manager at the carousel when you recorded?
He was there when I made my recordings, and I found him to be very
friendly and helpful. Has my friend Larry Villano ordered a set of
your CD's? I'm sure he will have only good things to say when he gets
them.
