Ragtimers,  the 18th annual West Coast Ragtime Festival will be held
in Sacramento on November 18-21, 2004.  You will be entertained by many
artists including our very own editor, Robbie Rhodes (bring tomatoes!).
Dancers will have three groups to choose from including The Porcupine
Ragtime Ensemble.
