Argo LP "The Golden Age of Piano Virtuosi"

Hello to all,  I have a question regarding a recently purchased LP
pressed in 1966 in England by ARGO.  The LP title is "The Golden Age
of Piano Virtuosi", Argo DA 43.  This is the 3rd LP in a series of
three dealing with the famous pianists who played for Ampico.

I was wondering if anyone knows what type of Ampico was used in
these recordings.  In the linear notes, there is mention of a 6-foot
Grotrian-Steinweg owned and restored by John Farmer which was used
for these recordings, but no mention as to whether it was an Ampico
A or B or what year the piano was made. If anyone has any information
about this piano or Mr. Farmer, please let me know.
