QRS have been doing this for a long time, though. I can remember the
response cards in new QRS roll boxes away back in the middle 1970s.
As I always preferred to hear a roll before buying it, the card made
no impression on me and I always bought from The Original Pianola Shop
in Brighton, and more recently from The Pianola Shop run by Dave Dibley.
Do all Mr. Bullock's lost customers meekly accept rolls they don't like,
or do they ship them brutally back to QRS in large numbers with a
demand for a credit? It would be interesting to know.
