I have a web site and would be happy to set up some type of list for
people to request certain rolls so that we could try to get enough
people committed to make recutting certain rolls financially feasible.
It would require the cooperation from those who want rolls and those
who recut rolls.  If successful it would be beneficial to all.

Also, if successful, I could probably set up a means of paying and
ordering over the Internet.  The only charge to the sellers would be
the deduction of the amount that was charged by the credit card
companies.  I am not interested in making any money out of it.
