Author credits (only the music composers are shown) were found
at the web site of the Lester S. Levy Sheet Music Collection,
http://levysheetmusic.mse.jhu.edu/advancedsearch.html All songs
were copyrighted in 1911 and Alan Mueller's catalog data suggests
that the piano roll was issued early in 1912.
The digits on the left are the beginning times (minutes:seconds)
displayed in the MIDI file player window of many web browser
'helper' programs and media player computer programs.
According to Alan Mueller's research and the data published in his
"Catalog of Metrostyle-Themodist and Metro-Art Music Rolls" of July,
1915, the different roll formats bear these catalog numbers on the
box label:
98492 Breezy Broadway Medley Overture -- Aeolian Metrostyle-Themodist
98495 Breezy Broadway Medley -- Universal 88-note
101452 Breezy Broadway Medley -- Universal 65-note
Alan says the Metrostyle-Themodist version usually cost more than the
other formats. Ken Vinen's roll, made by Universal Music Company of
Canada, bears price codes "7" and "P" on the box label.
Jerry Bacon says his roll, made by Universal Music Co. of New York,
is titled "Breezy Broadway Medley", without "Overture" in the title.

(We must change the roll number on the recreated box label image
presently shown there.
