Batch 11 of Roll Scan Midi Files Uploaded
Just a brief note to let everybody know that, within my project to
preserve the content of turn-of-the-century player piano music rolls,
I've just uploaded batch 11 of my piano roll scans in MIDI Type 1
format. There are 125 titles in this batch, now summing to 1,652
titles to date, many more to come.
Special thanks to Larry Fletcher, Martin Hurney, Tim Lamoureaux,
Tom Lear and Geoff Taylor for rolls they either contributed or loaned
for this preservation project.
This batch #11 may be accessed by clicking on

This page displays a listing of the rolls in alphabetical title
sequence. Off the same page, you may also download a spreadsheet
listing for those inclined to sort on title, composer and/or artist
sequence. Many thanks to Spencer Chase for his utilities to make
possible these spreadsheets without retyping everything.
Please note these files are in MIDI Type 1 format. Conversion to MIDI
Type 0 format will delete identifying data from within tracks 2 and
beyond. That data is duplicated within the companion spreadsheet.
All files within this batch #11 are enclosed within a 1.3 Mb ZIP file
which must be downloaded, opened with WinZip or equivalent, and the
MIDI files within then saved to a directory of choice on your computer.
As before, these MIDI files are made available for personal enjoyment
and may not be used for commercial purposes. Enjoy!
