Tuning Scale of 18-note Amorette Organette

In MMD 04.04.25 Kevin McElhone asked for the tuning scale of the
18-note Amorette.  Ed Schmidt presented in MMD 04.04.28 a scale
(why only 16 notes?).  The scale of my Amorette is quite different
(not just transposed!):

 E  F#  A  H  C#  D#  E  F#  G#  A  A#  H  C#  D  D#  E  F#  G#

It plays wonderfully, so I guess it is correct.
