Seek Photo of Wurlitzer 146-A At Seabreeze Park

I am trying to locate a picture of the Wurlitzer 146-A (late style)
band organ that was used for many years by the old Subway ride next to
the Jack Rabbit at Seabreeze Amusement Park in Rochester, New York.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
