65-note and 58-note are the same scale. If you ever saw an older
Pianola (push-up), as well as some of the Aeolian Grand or Orchestrelle
trackerbars, you will find a brass section at both ends of the tracker
bar. This is usually in wooden trackerbars. The brass things swing up
and down to open and close the end holes. This will allow you to play
the 58-note rolls, which are on the same six-to-the-inch spacing as
normal 65-note rolls. I don't know how many other odd scales also use
the six-to-the-inch but I suspect there are several of them.
