Converting BAR/ANN Files Into MIDI Files

Hi there, folks:  I'm wondering if anybody knows if BAR/ANN files
can be converted to MIDI files and how that might be done.

 [ VIEW.EXE can convert WEB/ANN and BAR/ANN files into MIDI
 [ file equivalents for auditing and analysis.  Control channels
 [ are visible but are not converted to MIDI controllers.
