A few years ago I installed a PianoDisc system in an old Gulbransen
player that had lost it's pneumatic system somewhere along the way.
I was able to make a metal frame work to hold the solenoids where the
pneumatic stack had been so that the plungers contacted the whippens
in the same place the pneumatic player had.
The customer, dealer, and I were all satisfied with the results and
I did not have to do any cutting on the key bed.
