Paul, it is time for a "lawyer letter". It will cost some money to get
yourself a lawyer on retainer, but the letter will inform your wayward
piano technician in no uncertain terms that you have contacted a lawyer
and that further action will be shortly forthcoming. In all
likelihood, the letter will be enough to get him to finish up.
