Sprocket & Ladder Chain for Player Piano
By Alan Brehaut

Hello Robbie, Re your enquirey for ladder chain, this was used also
in the lighting industry even back in the 1880's for hanging kerosene
fixtures. The lamp could be raised or lowered from the ceiling for
lighting the wick, etc, by the chain running over rollers or around
a spring-loaded drum.

It is still available in two sizes (no. 16 or 18) and steel copper
plated or solid brass from antique lighting suppliers.

regards
Alan Brehaut
