Hi, all! This particular roll is listed in Mike Montgomery's James
P. Johnson rollography as the very last roll played by JPJ, released
by QRS in August 1927. It has been more recently (in fall, 2001) recut
by Rob DeLand as BluesTone 137375, and as such can be viewed on (and
purchased from) his web site, http://www.bluesrolls.com/
I don't know whose original DeLand used to make the recut, perhaps
Mike Montgomery's? I'd venture to guess that Marc's copy is pretty
rare, no?
Best regards,
