Musical Christmas Tree Stand
By U717W84Me@cs.com

I have a tree stand that was my grandmother's. The music box plays
beautifully. The song is known to me as "Oh How Joyfully." The turn
key is marked with D.R.O.M. and there is a embossed Santa carrying
a tree, with a boy on his right and a girl on his left with the words
"Trade Mark Germany" beneath the group.

What puzzles me most is that there is an opening in the top of the dome
plugged by a cork. Now, at first I thought it was to put water for the
tree, but the tree holder is totally separate from the container, and
just sits on a spindle and rotates as the music plays.

Can you give me some information about this tree stand/music box?

Thank you.
