Bob, I have written a free Windows program to do such a conversion.

This is a work in progress; the software currently supports only the
PianoDisc and Pianocorder encodings.  As a winter project, I plan to
add support for the QRS [Pianomation] and Yamaha [Disklavier] CD
formats as well.

It is possible that a Pianomation system with the latest control unit
firmware might be able to play PianoDisc-encoded CDs (the Yamaha
Disklavier has this capability).  It is worth trying the software now
in case it happens to work with your Pianomation system even before
native Pianomation support is completed.
