Source of Steel for Metallophone Bar Bells

Don,  for high carbon steel replacement bars, you can order them
separately from Fall Creek Marimbas; contact Bill Youhass at
1-585-554-4011.  He also does tuning so he might be able to tune
them to A=440 or A=435 Hz.

Otherwise, you could get the raw SAE 1090 carbon steel from Summit
Steel Corp, 1-800-232-7077, but I think the minimum mill order would
be in the order of 5 tons!
