Seek Celluloid Tempo Name Plate for Ampico A

Does anyone know where I can obtain an Ampico model "A" tempo slide
plate?  This is for an upright piano, and slightly different than for
a grand.  I am in the process of rebuilding mine and discovered the
original celluloid plate is crumbling.
