Converting T-98 Welte to Play T-100 "Red" Rolls

In my book the value would be reduced to absolutely nothing if it had
been vandalised like this!  I would not want such an instrument, and
indeed do not buy instruments unless they are original and un-mucked
about with.  If you are going to alter it, why not make it play Duo-Art
rolls and CDs as well?
