Repairing Gem Roller Organ

Yes, that's the general idea.  You'll want to anyway -- it's probably
full of holes, whether you can see them or not.  If you don't believe
me, then try this:

Seal off the notes (masking tape will do).  Remove the leather flap
valves of the exhauster bellows (external) and seal all but one.  Push
down on the reservoir bellows and while pushing, seal off the remaining
exhauster flap valve.

If your system is good and tight nothing will happen, but I suspect
that it will come open just as quickly as you closed it.  That's the
leak in the bellows cloth only, as you've sealed everything else.
