I have the Harold L. Powell roll and it is assigned roll number
04481 B and lists the tunes in the following order:

Dear Heart, Moon River, and Days of Wine & Roses.
Henry Mancini, Arranged by Bill Flynt, copyright 1973, Produced
by Harold Powell, North Hollywood, Calif. 91601.

Jack M. Conway, Los Angeles, California, USA

[ It seems that the same music (by Bill Flynt) was later included
 [ in Play-Rite 105095. -- Robbie
