Ampico Roll Identification
By Mike Walter

Bob Stewart asked about the identification of three Ampico Rolls by
number. I checked in Obenchain and the results are as follows:

March of the Dwarfs is 59951F and 81051F.
Concert Etude, op. 36, is 56814H and 4359F.

Roll 41143 seems to be an unissued number. It doesn't seem to appear
in any of the series, according to Obenchain.

If this roll number appears written in pencil on the leader, it may be
possible that the number "might" be a working number. This would make
the roll a trial cutting. If this is the case, you may wish to check
along the roll, top and bottom, to see if there are any editing marks
or paper tape dots added.

Good luck in your quest!

Mike Walter
