Kimball Electramatic Player Piano in Patagonia
By Horacio Asborno

Hi MMD readers! About two weeks ago I purchased an Electramatic
Kimball Model F which was made in 1977. The lady who sold it told me
it was playing well, that she was going to leave for Italy, and that
she couldn't take it with her. I didn't know the existence about this
kind of player piano in Argentina; I think there are very, very few
of them.

The piano was originally located in Rosario (in Santa Fe State,
Argentina) and the trip down to Patagonia (about 1200 km) was by truck.
When it arrived I tried to play a roll; the electric roll motor works
well but the notes don't work -- no music can be heard. I checked the
air pump (which is located at the right) and I can't hear any noise;
I think it doesn't work.

Can anybody help me? Can anybody send me the service manual in PDF
archives? Any help will be welcome!
