I have two baby grands that I will be rebuilding the player mechanisms
at some point in the future.  My wife would like for me to rebuild the
pianos so that they can be used as regular pianos while I am working
on players.  This will include new key tops and some restringing and
tuning.  Both pianos are in public areas of the house so they need to
look and function well.

The main thing holding up the rebuild is that they were bargain
purchases and are missing the pedal lyres.  One piano is a Fisher
with an Ampico in it.  The other is a Welte piano with a Welte player.
Can someone suggest a source for the pedal lyres or a way to make them?
