"Strut, Miss Lizzie" played by Eubie Blake
By Brian Lackie

Some time ago I located a Eubie Blake 88-note piano roll, in a junk
shop in Australia, entitled "Strut, Miss Lizzie." I am pleased to
announce that Mastertouch Piano Roll Company in Australia have done
a recut of it just after Easter.

The Australian Collectors of Mechanical Music met at their factory for
an inspection. I brought the roll there with me and, after hearing it,
they decided they should do a recut on it. It is listed in their
latest catalog S23005. A brilliant roll. Their web site is
http://www.pianorolls.com.au/

Thanks and regards,

Brian Lackie
