Seek Ampico B Drawer Parts
By Mike Carey

Hello from Tennessee! I am in need of two parts for an Ampico
'B' drawer:

1. The Repeat switch (left of the take-up spool)

2. The holder assembly for the power switch operating lever (not
the block for the power switch itself; I need the piece that holds
the shaft of the On/Off lever that is on _top_ of the drawer).

Both of these parts are made of 'pot metal', and both parts are
suffering from intergranular corrosion.

The power lever shaft is binding badly (I attempted to free it up
Using light oil), and the Repeat switch is leaking to atmosphere.

Has anyone replicated these parts in aluminum/steel/plastic? I know
the rotary valves in the Ampico 'A' drawer have been reproduced.

Thanks in advance for any help in this matter!

Mike Carey
