Parts for Wurlitzer Duplex Roll System
By Matthew Caulfield
I happen to have made a series of a dozen pictures or more of the
parts of the Wurlitzer Duplex Roll Frame, as an aid to Dave Ramey in
reassembling the one left behind by Terry Borne upon his sudden death.
So I was able to forward the pictures of the vacuum slider unit and the
clutch or dog that accomplishes the 180 degree rotation of the system's
main camshaft to Gordon Forcier in response to his question as to what
they look like.
Of course if he should be lucky enough to find the parts he needs,
Gordon won't need the pictures. Doyle Lane used to have thousands
of identified and unidentified Wurlitzer parts, so a query to him
(pianoman@vermontel.net; or is it vermonttel.net?) would be my first
step on the off-chance that Doyle has the parts needed.
