Bob Adams, a customer of mine, has a nickelodeon O-roll Ellwood-Apollo
player (#17150). It is not in original condition. The instruments
have been moved to the top of piano lid (snare drum, triangle, wood
block, and tambourine).
The front windows have stained glass with two small square hanging
lights. The Coinola spool frame is found at the bottom of the piano
with a newer external motor. Uses turbine vacuum motor to run
instruments.
It does play but volume varies as it plays. The drum skins need
replacing. Needs rebuild to operate properly. Coin box made for
10 cents. The 6-8 Wurlitzer valves have pouch problems and need work.
Piano was originally found in store in Wisconsin. Bob has large wood
plaque that came with the piano. He wants $1000 or best offer.
