Has anyone else had difficulty placing orders with PianoRollStuff.com?
Over the past three weeks or so, I have tried to order the Piano Roll
Box Label Maker, as well as some roll boxes and repair parts. Each
time, the order page replies, once the order has been transmitted, that
instructions on payment will follow. No reply has ever been received.
Figuring there was a problem on my end or theirs, I re-sent the order
-- twice, over a period of time. No responses. I have inquired to the
email address <rolls@haasmusic.com> at the bottom of the site. No
response. There is no phone number or address listed on the site.
