My John Smith Busker Organ Now Plays
By Bob Meyer

Hi folks, My John Smith 26-note busker organ plays! There is a lot
more to do, but I played the first tune tonight -- it sounds great!

This is made using John Smith's plans. It's a larger, more complicated
organ than the 20-note busker that I completed last year. It uses
valves to allow multiple registers. I added a string pipe register,
bringing the total to 26 notes and 83 pipes. I've only completed the
basic 26 pipes so far. The rest are in the works.

I'll have both John Smith organs at the Descanso Gardens [California]
rally on April 26 & 27. Hope to see some of you there.

Thanks,
Bob Meyer
