Hi, Glenn, you asked:

Likely "bun" feet; small rounded knob-like, about an inch-and-a-half in
diameter, flattened at the top and bottom and glued and screwed to the
bottom four corners.
> 2. How can one fix a disc that tends to stick?
This can be caused by one or more things. The star wheel gantry may be
gummed up after a century of sitting around gathering dust and dirt.
Another potential cause is bent projections on the disc itself.
Severely bent projections can hit adjacent starwheels and worse, they
can damage starwheels by bending them out of alignment.

The value is what you paid for it. You help make the market. :-)

Replacements can be purchased from Nancy Fratti in upstate New York.
She can be reached at <musicbox@dreamscape.com>

eBay auction seems to have developed as quite a market for mechanical
musical instruments, and I have noted a number of the 15-1/2 Reginas.
Other outlets include auction houses such as Dawsons in Morris Plains,
and another one in Edison, NJ, whose name escapes me at the moment.
If you join the Musical Box Society (MBSI), there are chapter meetings
in the northeast; the East Coast Chapter (I am a member and former
Chapter Chair) holds four meetings a year, each having a mart where
we buy/sell/trade all manner of mechanical music items. Check out the
organization's web page at http://www.mbsi.org/
Musically yours,
