Terry Smythe seeks ladder chain sprockets for a roll scanning project.

Ashok Banerjee is a Meccano hobbyist in India who contracts out
manufacture of various parts for use with Meccano projects. He sells
these parts to other hobbyists with modest markup, as a service to
"the hobby".
He produces a series of ladder chain sprockets which have 5/16" bores.
He also can supply compatible bearing blocks and axles cut to length.
The quality of workmanship is very good, his terms are reasonable, and
delivery is very prompt.
Note that the sprockets are designed for use with Meccano chain, which
is smaller than normal player piano chain and far too flimsy for
"serious" work. Instead, the best chain is available from Lou Boselli
in NY state, who has contracted a special production run to his
specifications. The "Boselli" chain is robust enough to be used in
Mellotron restorations -- a very demanding application indeed!
