I have been an admirer of Tom Meijer's music for quite some time and
have a number of his arrangements on my fair organ so this would be
a worthwhile project.
However, have you contacted Tom about royalties to him? He is the
arranger and he is trying to make a living and raise a family on his
income from this. He is entitled to a royalty if his music is going
to be propagated and sold.
Some years ago, I converted some music books to play on my organ
that he had arranged to play on another organ. Before doing this,
I contacted him and arranged to pay him a "royalty" for permission to
make one copy for myself. His price was very reasonable.
It is one thing to copy old music from Gavioli, Bruder, etc., but quite
another to copy the music of living arranger and then to widely
disperse it. Just my opinion.
