Brass Tee Nipples
By Keith Taylor

Hello Mike, I have found it easier and quicker to just make the tee's
myself! When you are next over here to visit, bring along some 3/16"
o.d. tubing from the hobby store there in your home town, and we will
pop out what you need in an afternoon.

I have a fixture that holds the tubing in the Bridgeport Mill to form
the radius where the two tubes meet. Then I place it in a soldering jig
to silver solder the joint. A quick poke through with a drill to open
up the joint and you have a tee much stronger than the original! If
you really want to be fancy we can put them in a tumbler and polish them
to look like jewelry.
