Parker Carousel Formerly At Santa Monica Pier
By Bruce Pier

Re Parker Jubilee Carry-us-all. Actually, that machine was
located in the Santa Monica building prior to the current PTC carousel.
It was purchased by the late Dave Bradley and operated at Beverly Park.

After he shuttered the park the Parker was put into storage. It was
sold to a park in Canada and was in the process of being restored when
he was approached by the Disney people. The new owners agreed to the
use, and it was shipped to Canada after the filming was completed.
There was no organ with this machine, only a facade that Dave designed.

Sadly, this machine no longer exists, as its new owners ran into
financial difficulties and it was auctioned off in pieces.
