"Live, Love, Laugh" in "The Gipsy Princess"
By Tony Austin

Act 1 of Kalman's "The Gipsy Princess" does indeed have in an English
version by Phil Park and Ronald Hanmer an opening chorus starting:
"Live, Love, Laugh while the world is young" but unfortunately the
music is solidly in 2/4 and never approaches waltz time. I don't think
this can be the tune requested.

Glad that the web site of the National Operatic and Dramatic
Association here in the UK gets hits from as far away as Claudine in
San Francisco -- even if I reckon this one as a miss.
