Keith,
I'm working on a small software utility for Windows that will allow
PianoDisc users to encode their own CDs from MIDI files. The software
will convert a MIDI file into a .WAV audio file that has the proper
PianoDisc encoding. One or more such audio files may then be written
to a CD-R or CD-RW audio CD with any CD burning application. The
resulting CD will play on the piano.
Advanced users can use audio editing software to add sound (such as
vocals) that will play on the PianoDisc's speakers during the piano
performance.
I plan to make the MIDI-to-PianoCD software available as shareware in
the near future.
Best regards,
Mark Fontana
