Organ Pipes of Plastic

I wonder whether or not I've already seen this done, but
you could set a rank of pipes up in Pan or Violinopan style,
only you will have to combine your PVC pipe with a (wood) socket
that provides you with the part you may not be able to create
from PVC or other plastics.

I don't see why it wouldn't work (besides gluing plastics on wood,
but there should be accordingly specialised glues out there).
