Aeolian Pipe Orchestra

I suspect the "Pipe Orchestra" was similar to a Pipe Orchestrelle, the
early form of Aeolian pipe organ with a divided specification like an
Orchestrelle.   See Rollin Smith's book, page 46.   I have no evidence
for what I'm saying, and would welcome other people's views.
