Well, I just got the book I had ordered today ("The Musical Box"
by Orde-Hume).  I've been paging through it trying to find anything
that could help identify it but no luck there (at least, not from the
illustration and photos; I'll read more in time).

I guess I'll have to take some measurements and pictures in the
hopes that this group may have better luck.  I can say that from my
understanding, and pictures that I've seen of mandoline cylinders,
mine is definitely _not_ as the tune list implies.  I wish I knew the
selected tunes, to know if they match or not.  The bedplate is iron,
not brass, as I tested with a magnet.  I'll keep you posted as to when
I will have the pictures posted for viewing.
