"Tullkammaren" means customs house in Swedish.
Storlein is a place name in Norway, widely used as a given name and
surname there also. It is a surname in Denmark, Bavaria, Switzerland.
Storlein is not a noun in Norwegian as I can find, but may be a verb
form since there are many similar words. It strikes me as an oxymoron,
since 'stor' is big or bold and 'lein' is little or small. Curious!
A guess is that this is a German organ and was stamped by customs in
Sweden. If this is a Norwegian instrument, it will be very remarkable
since this craft is little known in Norway.
