Stahnke WEB & BAR Music Roll File Specification
By Spencer Chase

In the course of getting my program together for the MBSI demonstration
I have come across the need for the full technical specification of the
BAR/ANN file format.

I have gotten bits and pieces, and actually more about the WEB/ANN
format.

Why is this information so difficult to find? How are we to take the
format seriously if it does not have published specification?

Does anyone have the formal definitions of the various Stahnke formats
that everyone seems to think are wonderful. If they are so wonderful,
why not make them accessible?
