I have a die I had made just for cutting these out. I also have
specially made leather/felt combinations for this as well as reed organ
pallets. I just got a new shipment in. I will be happy to make up
a set of pallets for you. All you will have to do is wire wheel the
keys.
Unstring them from the rod first and reassemble them. Glue on the keys
with the organ fully assembled. This makes sure the pallet leather
seats and the springs hold them down in the right angle. The thickness
of these pallets vary but I have the correct thickness for most of
them. Plus you can do a slight bend on the key if it does not fully
seat.
Email me for pricing as I just got a new supply and I have not figured
out what I need to get for the material yet. You can see them on my
web site under Supplies at the bottom of the keyboard/menu.
