I assume he means that the e-mails will be mixed English and Russian.

I have also asked a good friend of mine in Brooklyn, by the name of
Igor Vesler, who is a close friend from Kiev and the world's top
translator, to contact Igor to gain more information.

Too bad I don't have a car to trade.  But the greatest problem will be
to get the organ out of the former Soviet Union without smuggling it.
