Rebuilding a Player Piano
By Tom Thompson

The first one for me was a Schultz, and fortunately Player Piano Co.
had instructions on how to rebuild and also a complete kit. Since then
I take photos, up, down, and around. Lots of them. When the spool box
is laying in front of you with all those pieces, it helps to have a
photo to see which way the sprocket is turned, nut in or nut out.
