Hamilton Harmonium Info Wanted
By Rob Barker

Hello gang,

As a new member, I must say that I've been impressed with the wide
variety of subjects covered over the last couple of months. It's been
stimulating reading indeed!

Anyhow, on to business. I have a Hamilton (Chicago) organ that I'm
putting back together, as a player organ, after many years in bits. My
problem is that the stop knobs are muddled up, away from the organ. Does
anyone know which order they go back? There are 5, then 1 on it's own,
then 5 more, all in a row. I think the middle 1 is Vox Humana.

My other query is what kind of solenoids do you need to automate a basic
piano action? I mean power, stroke, etc.

Any thoughts?

Rob Barker,
Lincolnshire, U.K.
