FS: Lauter Humana Upright 88-note Player Piano

I have another possible piano to buy.  I really need another one.
I could not pass this one up.  It is a lovely Lauter Humana, Ser.
No. 29793, which by my Piano Atlas was built in 1906.  It is in basic
mint restorable untouched condition.  It is available for $350.00
I found no out of the ordinary damage.  Case is without problems
restorable.  One or two broken hammers, with one flange broken.
Bridges are good from what I can see.  Mahogany case.  It has had
two owners.
