Street Organs in Cuba
By Brian Flora

Is anyone on the Digest familiar with the scale of the street organs
used in Cuban Carnaval celebrations, particularly in the Oriente
province in Western Cuba, city of Santiago de Cuba?

I recall an article about a street organ factory that was still in
operation in Cuba and was visited by someone who wrote up a visit
with photos; can't remember if it was in print or on the Web.

Any info would be appreciated.

All the best,

Brian Flora
