Terry Smythe has a fine suggestion in expressing credit, where
credit is due, to the superior providers of mechanical music supplies.
I have to add the Leather Supply House to this august list.
In previous dealings with them, their merchandise has been superb
and the service incredibly fast (in the case of one Internet order,
less than _twenty-four hours_ from order placement the material was
on my porch!).
Topping that was the response to a casual online inquiry about
whether a scarce restoration material was still available from them,
it not appearing in their online catalog. A personal _phone call_ came
from Marilyn (on a Sunday afternoon yet!), assuring me the material was
still in stock! And I hadn't, at the time, any immediate plans to
purchase some.
I suspect the foregoing is no surprise to any of their regular
customers, but it deserves to appear in print (if only as a brief
lesson on how to build customer loyalty.)
